The heating broke down overnight, and with temps dropping to 5 degrees, I couldn’t sleep at all. I called for help multiple times but got nothing. Just freezing and frustrated.

I loved the spacious room and the fine views, plus being close to the hot springs was a huge bonus! The kitchenette was handy, though a heat lamp in the bathroom would be nice for winter. A lovely spot for a relaxing getaway!

Welcome base for exploring Rye. Absolutely amazing option among 4 stars hotels. Beautifully presented, nicely furnished room with central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Modern facilities, big bed. Location close to a hill overlooking the golf course, and golf course. Also, in the club house too...

My partner and I visited for a birthday getaway and spent three good nights at the lodge. The room was beautifully designed, featuring a huge window with a stunning view of the golf course. The bed was comfortable, perfect for restful nights. The well-stocked mini-bar and convenient coffee and tea facilities were lovely touches. The cozy clubhouse with a warm fireplace and wonderful breakfast options made our stay even more special. The staff was friendly, and Meg went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in.

they were not only beautifully furnished but also clean. The overall ambiance made it one of the most beautiful places I've ever booked. The database provided accurate details that ensured my expectations were met perfectly.
The only minor issue I encountered was a slight delay in check-in, which could be improved. Despite this, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I'd happily return.
